We recently had a chance to held a Year End – Seasonal clearance Stock at Batang Kali on 11th January and 18th January 2020. We have sold products at the tail before CNY season start.
We have used the point-of-sale and inventory management system, identify the products that are least profitable and slowest moving products to Year End Clearance.
And also, we have advertised our clearance through online advertising and social.
